HISTORY

After a 16-year career in motion picture and multimedia production as a cinematographer, Robert Collier advanced his longtime interest in image projection and became devoted to extra-large format projection of both static and motion picture images. In 1986, after completing the design and build of the world’s brightest Mega-Image projector, Collier founded Technique Mirage. Over the years, Technique Mirage has used these projectors to create an alternative advertising option for companies interested in expanding their media options in a new and unique way.

Technique Mirage has assembled a crew of highly skilled craftsmen who continue to create magnificent projected image displays. The projectors used in these displays are built and maintained in-house, allowing our team to develop an acute understanding of the equipment used in this new form of alternative advertising, now known as Projection Media or Projection Advertising.
